A small studio with a simple job.

We started Relay in 2024 after watching great teams drown in copy-paste work. We think software should do the boring parts.

Before Relay, we ran sales and operations teams at fast-growing startups. Every quarter brought more tools, more tabs and more people moving data from one place to another.

AI finally made it possible to automate the messy work in between: reading emails, making judgement calls and writing replies. What teams needed was someone to build it properly, with guardrails, inside their own tools.

That’s what we do. Twelve engineers and operators, 42 clients, and one rule: if an automation doesn’t save real hours, we don’t build it.

How we work

Hours, not hype

We measure every automation in time saved and show you the numbers each month.

Humans approve the risky parts

Anything touching money or customers can pause for a person to check.

You own everything

Automations live in your accounts. If we part ways, they keep running.

The team

Engineers and operators who have run the teams we now automate.

A 30-minute call is enough to find your first automation. If we can’t save you 10 hours a week, we’ll say so.
